General terms and conditions for arranging cosmetic surgeries and medical treatments
I – General
These general terms and conditions apply to our mediation activities as well as all advice, services and ancillary services and to all future contractual relationships.
II – mediation activity
Our brokerage activities are limited to transport and organizational services such as travel bookings, hotel reservations, and arranging appointments with the medical service providers in the clinics. Our contractual services only extend to the aforementioned mediation services. Services that go beyond this can only be made with us by means of an express and written agreement in individual cases. The execution of these is excluded from our contractual obligations, since the relevant contract is concluded directly with the respective service provider, e.g. B. hotel, taxi company, travel companion and clinic comes about. All medical and medical applications, care are external services that are only mediated by Aesthetic Travel.
The order is placed by the customer by signing or clicking on the online mediation application and sending it to us by post. The acceptance of the order will be confirmed by us in writing (also possible by email). With the acceptance of the order, the contract is concluded in which the customer commissions us to procure a transport service or another service related to the execution of the trip, which is provided by a third party service provider or tour operator. The customer is bound to his or her booking order for a maximum of 10 days. If we have not confirmed the booking in writing or by e-mail by then, the customer is no longer bound to the order.
All medical and medical applications can be refused on site after thorough examinations by the respective service provider. In such a case, the customer is obliged to pay the costs incurred up to that point, such as laboratory, examination, accommodation, etc. costs. Our offers are generally subject to change and non-binding. Short-term changes are reserved.
III – Settlement
The customer receives a written booking confirmation, which the customer is obliged to check immediately for correctness and, if necessary, to inform us of any irregularities or deviations. A reference to inaccuracies or discrepancies that is made after a period of three days after receipt of the booking confirmation can no longer be taken into account. Delayed reporting of inaccuracies in particular do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract.
Flight tickets are sent to the customer by post or email. In exceptional cases, flight tickets are deposited for the customer at the airport counter of the relevant airline. Liability for loss of flight tickets or travel documents in the mail is excluded. The customer is responsible for the correspondingly valid travel documents. In accordance with the entry regulations, he must provide the relevant personal documents.
The down payment is to be made by bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the travel confirmation and will be offset against the travel price. If this deposit is not paid in time, we are entitled to cancel the booking at the corresponding cancellation fees. The amount of the down payment will be individually agreed with you upon conclusion of the contract. The remaining balance is to be paid up to 10 days before departure.
In the event of non-payment, we are not obliged to hand over the documents; in this case, we can set the customer a grace period. If the customer has not paid within this additional period, we can withdraw from the travel contract or demand compensation for non-performance.
The cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email. The cancellation costs are up to 30 days before the agreed date of surgery 10%, up to 14 days before the agreed date of surgery 20% and up to 7 days before the agreed date 30% of the agreed total costs.
A booked and confirmed trip can only be rebooked by withdrawing from the booked trip and re-booking another trip at the same time, unless the hotel or tour operator has provided special provisions for this. Any costs for the rebooking depend on the conditions of the respective hotel or tour operator. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Legal validity of this disclaimer
If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
No warning without previous contact. Should one of our provisions infringe third-party rights or legal provisions, we ask you to inform us accordingly without a cost note. We assure you that we will remove the offending passages / content immediately. We will fully reject any costs incurred without prior contact and, if necessary, file a counterclaim for violation of the aforementioned provisions.

We want the treatment result to meet your or our expectations. Patient dissatisfaction in itself is not enough to warrant a refund.
If the desired result of the operation has not been fulfilled expect again. We would be happy to perform a free follow-up operation. The clinic must also be given the opportunity for a repair, as far as it is medically possible.
The money-back guarantee also does not come into effect if you refuse the repair.
The patient must prove that a technical error was committed. Only if the operation has failed from a medical point of view, only the operation costs will be reimbursed. However, travel, laboratory, subsistence and transfer costs will not be reimbursed.
